Screen timeout extended or off.This page tries to hold the screen awake, but not all phones allow it. On iPhone in particular, set it manually.
Silence notifications.Do Not Disturb, or flight mode with Wi-Fi left on.
Mount the phone in your headsetbefore tapping Start, and settle yourself comfortably.
Left and right hemifields alternate red and black.
Frequency sweeps 12 Hz → 6 Hz → 12 Hz, one minute per cycle.
Tap the screen at any time to end the session.
